Governance & Organisation

Island Bay United operates as one club through an Executive Committee sitting over governance maters, and with individual operational tasks assigned to coordinators across the different groups of our club. The Executive Committee is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the Club, and determining how the Club invests its time and resources.

In 2020 Island Bay United will also engage an administrator to assist in day-to-day matters of the club.  The administrator will work with the Club President, Treasurer and various operational coordinators.  Those responsible for different operational tasks then report into the Executive Committee on a regular basis to make sure things are running smoothly and the Club is remaining true to its values and strategic direction.
