8:00am - 8:35am - Warm up and drills
8:35am - 9:00am - Small sided games
U7 and U8
8:00 - 8:20am - Warm up and drills
8:20 - 9:20am - Games

U7 & U8 Festival Days:
Festival days will run every 3 weeks. These are organised by Capital Football and we will communicate information when it is available.

First Kicks, are always played at Wakefield Park in front of the Clubrooms.
