With the 2019 winter season nearly here a couple of our teams are showing their early form in preseason tournaments, coming out with great results.
U15 International Cup success
One of our U15 teams attended the International Cup in Christchurch, winning the final 3-0 vs Richmond Athletic 22-24 March.

Allstars win futsal league
A Big Congratulations to the Island Bay Allstars who won Capital Fustal 1 Division grade 12/13th Girls Term 1 2019 .
The girls were unbeaten throughout the season. It was a tightly fought competition between Wellington United and Island Bay throughout the season which came down to the last 2 games, last week top of the table clash against Wellington United who were on same points as the Allstars.
The Allstars were ahead by 3 points on the table, needing only a draw to take out the league.
The final game was real nail biting stuff with the Allstars down 1-0 with only 3 minutes to go till final whistle. The Allstars managed to score the equaliser and win the league.
