Due to our recent promotion to Central League, Island Bay United AFC is now seeking new coaches to join our coaching team.
We have several roles available for self-motivated, experienced and inspirational coaches, including a TDP Lead coach to work closely with our youth players as they aspire to reach their full potential.
Required skills and qualifications
Accredited OCF/NZF C Licence or higher
Great communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills
Able to plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate training sessions
Able to foster a positive and inclusive team atmosphere that encourages sportsmanship, respect, and fair play
Identify and nurture talent within the club, providing opportunities for player advancement.
Keen to work in a collaborative team environment
